"Where do I start!?? Well, all the times I have called, I always get a call back in ten minutes or less, the doctor is always very caring, concerned, and happy to help! I have never had a bad experience and my meds are always called right in to the pharmacy and I have never had to wait!! Always a '10' experience!"
"Doctors are wonderful and support techs are great. They come out and visit. The phone people are so polite. They are just fantastic. I would recommend them. Plus they check up on you to make sure you're doing better. Best investment ever through work! Love it.

My frail, 94-year-old Mom was with us for the holidays. She contracted a urinary infection 2 days ago and began hallucinating. Apparently common, but it scared us. We called the MO doctor, who ordered a UTI test and then prescribed an antibiotic when she received the test result. Today on Christmas my Mom is back to her old self. This story illustrates the wonderful work you do!
I am a young professional, in good health, when my child inadvertently jumped onto my neck. After seven days of consistent neck pain, I sought medical attention, and underwent several diagnostic tests including a CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound. Diagnosed with a cervical artery dissection (a tear in her carotid artery, one of the large blood vessels in the neck), I was told that I was a high risk for stroke unless operated on immediately. The procedure, which carries a significant associated risk, was presented as the only viable option. Surgery was scheduled for first thing the following morning.
That night, I reached out to request a medical second opinion. Based on the seriousness of the situation, the medical team acted fast and within hours had a surgeon reviewing the medical records.
The medical second opinion advised against surgery, indicating no eminent danger. I decided not to have surgery the next morning, and preferred to be managed and monitored as the MO physician recommended. As such I avoided a high risk surgery.
Since deciding against surgery I am doing fine. I have complete confidence that It was the right decision!! Thank you for saving me!
Always helpful and professional! Great follow through and I appreciate it!
